Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Handle technical support queries from international customers

Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails

Requirements

Education:



Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)

1year and above experience candidates can only apply for this role.

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic technical knowledge is a must

Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice
