Description:
Design and implement CCM strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
Lead the integration of enterprise applications such as upstream AR/Admin Systems, Integration layer, Orchestration applications, archival and Mail house services.
Collaborate with all integrated applications for end-to-end solution designing. Work with client enterprise solution architect for end-to-end solution architecture.
Provide expert advice on the use of integration technology, data architecture, and system architecture, including best practices for CCM.
Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that impact enterprise-wide development and architecture standards.
Manage internal resources and external team members to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate project status and architectural decisions to various levels of management.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartComm solutions.
