We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join Stew Digital Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and prospects
Connect with potential clients (online & offline) and present company services
Understand client requirements and provide suitable digital marketing solutions
Maintain and update client database and daily follow-up tracker
Schedule meetings, presentations, and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) for project execution
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Participate in field visits, client meetings, and business events
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all sales activities
Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable negotiation and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Websites, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development
Working Details:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Additional Expectations:
Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting of work
Willingness for field work and client visits
Continuous learning and improvement in sales techniques
Active participation in team meetings and company activities
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
