Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end export shipments from booking through delivery.
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CFS/ICD, transporters and internal stakeholders.
Prepare, verify and maintain export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and COO.
Ensure timely communication with customers and provide regular shipment status updates.
Follow up for documentation, approvals, clearances and shipment milestones.
Handle customer queries, resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Work closely with operations, documentation and accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
