The Dining Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing qualified customer service, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth dining operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
Take customer orders and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
Support operational activities during peak hours.
Follow service standards and hospitality protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications
Minimum 9th Pass.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in fine dining or premium dining environments preferred.

Compensation
CTC: ₹25,000 per month.
Approx. In-hand Salary: ₹21,400 per month.
