We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented General Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the educational field. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling academic and administrative responsibilities, coordinating students, teachers, and staff efficiently.
Oversee daily operations of the institute
Coordinate and manage students, faculty, and administrative staff
Ensure timely fee collection and maintain accurate financial records
Supervise account maintenance and general office administration
Helps to Achieve our targets
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve admission targets
Motivate and manage staff to meet performance goals
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Maintain discipline and academic standards within the institution
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in an educational institution
Solid team leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Working knowledge of accounts and administrative systems
Ability to meet sales targets and drive institutional growth
