This is a project based prospect for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is looking to engage a Junior IT Associate to help with:
Support system analysis, application support, and day-to-day IT operations.
Assist in testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and data reports.
Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.
Coordinate with technology teams and business stakeholders to track and resolve issues.
Assist with data validation, system enhancements,



and process improvements.
Monitor applications and systems and escalate technical issues when required.

Skills Required
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline
Degree must be from a university/college featured in the Top 50 of the latest applicable ranking.
Minimum 2 years of skilled experience.
Solid experience across IT systems, digital architecture, integration, data governance, cybersecurity, analytics, and technology implementation.
