We are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Team Lead to lead our motion design team and oversee the development of engaging, high-quality visual content for digital, social media, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should combine solid creative skills with team leadership, project management, and a good understanding of current motion design trends and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design
Lead the creative direction and execution of motion graphics projects across multiple platforms.
Develop engaging animations, motion graphics, video content, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into compelling motion concepts.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual language, and animation quality.
Review and provide creative feedback on team outputs before final delivery.
Stay updated with emerging motion design, animation, video, and AI trends.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide motion designers and animators within the team.
Allocate projects based on team strengths, workload, and project priorities.
Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback.




Support team members in improving their technical and creative skills.
Establish effective workflows, quality standards, and best practices for the motion team.

Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, creative directors, account teams, and other departments.
Understand project briefs, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays or challenges.
Ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats, dimensions, and specifications for different platforms.

AI & Emerging Technologies
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools into motion design and creative production workflows.
Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animation, video, image-to-video, and other emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, ideation, and production quality through recent tools and workflows.
Encourage the team to adopt relevant technologies while maintaining strong creative and brand standards.
