Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, and other café food items according to recipes and quality standards.
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, fillings, and other ingredients as required.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, taste, and consistency of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Manage food preparation and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with other kitchen and service staff during busy hours.
Follow Sapori's recipes, preparation methods,



and kitchen procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience in pizza and sandwich preparation is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of pizza making, sandwich preparation, sauces, toppings, and basic food preparation.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods.
Positive understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates with experience in cafés, restaurants, QSRs, or bakeries are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
