Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Executive – Bulk Handling to manage and oversee bulk lubricant blending, storage, and dispatch operations. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, adherence to quality and safety standards, and efficient handling of bulk tanks, pipelines, and loading/unloading operations. Candidate must have valuable knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Operations
Manage bulk blending, storage, and transfer of lubricants and base oils.
Operate and monitor bulk handling systems, pumps, pipelines, and storage tanks.
Ensure correct batching, blending, and transfer as per production plan.
Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOPs, ISO, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with QC for sampling, testing, and product release.
Maintain production records, batch sheets, and logbooks.
Safety & Environment
Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and lubricants.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements.
Monitor housekeeping and spill prevention measures in bulk areas.
Maintenance & Utilities
Coordinate with maintenance team for pumps, pipelines, tanks, and instruments.
Report and troubleshoot operational issues in bulk systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily production reports and inventory records.
Monitor bulk stock levels and coordinate with planning/logistics teams.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of bulk handling systems and blending operations
Understanding of lubricant manufacturing processes
Safety and HSE compliance knowledge
Basic knowledge of pumps, pipelines, tanks, and instrumentation
MS Office & ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
Solid coordination and communication skills
Preferred Candidate:
Willing to work in 12 hours Shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
