Job Responsibilities - Check products for quality, damage, defects, size, color, and quantity . Verify products against online orders, SKU, product details, and specifications . Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch .
Check whether the correct product is packed against the customer order. Identify defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items and report them. Maintain daily QC records and reports . Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Check product labels, barcodes, and SKU details for accuracy.
Required
Skills- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge . Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch . Positive communication and coordination skills. Ability to identify errors and quality issues. Basic problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate must.
Experience ( 6 months to 2 years ) in e-commerce, warehouse, QC is must.
