Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the school’s academic and administrative functions.
Develop and implement educational programs and policies.
Foster a secure and inclusive workplace for students and staff.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to promote student success.
Oversee curriculum development and teacher evaluations.
Manage budgets, resources, and school facilities effectively.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Requirements:
Ph.D or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
Proven experience as a School Principal or in a leadership role in education.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of current education regulations and standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
