Job Description( RMC plant experience MUST)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mix designs for all RMC grades.
Oversee daily operations of the RMC quality laboratory.
Conduct routine testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) as per IS standards.
Perform fresh & hardened concrete tests (e.g., slump, compressive strength, durability).
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain documentation.
Monitor production and verify adherence to specifications.
Coordinate with plant operations to ensure batching and mixing consistency.
Maintain calibration and performance records of lab equipment.
Prepare quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Address site quality issues and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in RMC plant quality control.
Practical experience in RMC laboratory testing and mix design.
Robust understanding of IS codes for concrete and material testing.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as an RMC Lab Incharge or supervisory quality role.
Familiarity with automated batching systems and up-to-date QA/QC practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
