Production / Operations:
Supervise daily production shifts to ensure baking schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate between production, quality, and management teams

Finance & Accounts:
Assist in basic financial analysis, MIS reports, and cost tracking,billing cycles, invoicing, and expense monitoring
Track daily production costs and overheads to maintain healthy profit margins.
Prepare weekly and monthly P&L; (Profit & Loss) summaries for the management team.

Marketing & Sales:
Assist sales team in lead generation and customer follow-ups
Monitor counter sales performance and train staff on up-selling and customer service.
Manage Apna Bakery’s social media handles to showcase fresh products and engage with the community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA (Finance / Marketing / Operations or related specialization)
Robust communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
