Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
Process and maintain accurate financial records of all transactions.
Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve any account-related queries.
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain and update financial data in the accounting system.
Assist in auditing activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with the Senior Accounts Executive to improve processes and streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.COM) / Master’s degree (M.COM) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or CA Inter.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.




Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a work from home workplace.
Ability to work on US timings and adjust to versatile work hours.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Additional Information:
This is a remote role, with flexibility to work from home.
Occasional visits to the office may be required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
