Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, though HR, Business, or IT-related fields are a plus).
Excellent verbal and written (ENGLISH) communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive and proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of the US immigration process for OPT, H-1B, or similar visas is a bonus.
