Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Work efficiently with auto/predictive dialers
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or lead generation
Robust on-call conversion skills
Experience using dialers (Auto/ Predictive)
Excellent spoken English with transparent pronunciation
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in international calling (Australia/UK/US process preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools
