Role Description
Take complete responsibility of management of data and CRM,
especially for accurate and timely updates.
Leverage CRMs, build reliable and accurate databases. Deliver data-driven insights through Excel or other available tools.
Productive management of the sales pipeline using Nexdigm’s processes.
Managing the full lead cycle—tracking, progression, and closure—while ensuring operational efficiency in scheduling follow-ups, tracking contracts, and handovers.
Preparing and delivering proposals for relevant practice within TAT based on requirement.
Independently handle reporting and tasks for closure within timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other team members.
