Supervise daily construction activities at site for two independent villa projects Read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings Coordinate with architects, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors Ensure work execution matches approved designs and specifications Monitor site labour productivity and material usage Maintain quality control and ensure finishing standards in flooring, paint, false ceiling, modular work, etc. Manage interior works including: Woodwork & modular furniture Lighting & electrical layouts Tiling, marble, and wall finishes Prepare daily progress reports and update project owners Ensure site safety and discipline
