Marketplace Operations
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
Create, update, and maintain product listings.
Upload product details, images, pricing, and inventory information.
Monitor listing quality and resolve catalog-related issues.

Inventory Management
Track inventory levels across multiple marketplaces.
Update stock regularly to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
Maintain inventory records and reports.

Order Processing
Monitor daily orders and shipment status.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment-related issues.
Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO orders.

Customer Support & Account Health
Respond to customer queries and marketplace tickets.
Maintain seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.




Prepare weekly performance updates.
Use Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Support management with operational insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
6 Months to 2 Years of E-Commerce Operations experience preferred.
Basic working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
Exposure to Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Seller Panel will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
