Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable products, and guiding them throughout their purchase.

You will play an key role in creating a positive showroom experience while maintaining product presentation, store standards, and smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their product requirements
Recommend suitable dhotis, shirts,



and traditional wear based on customer needs
Explain product features, fabric details, designs, and occasion suitability
Present products effectively and assist customers in making purchase decisions
Maintain product displays and showroom presentation
Support billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately
Maintain product organization and inventory on the shop floor
Understand customer preferences and share useful feedback with the team
Work collaboratively with the showroom team to maintain a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
Previous hands-on experience in retail sales is preferred
Experience in apparel or traditional wear retail will be highly appreciated
Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of English
Positive understanding of product presentation and customer handling
Basic numeracy and familiarity with billing/POS operations
