As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting US healthcare revenue cycle operations through effective communication with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
If Required make outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status:
Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification:
Perform insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution
Ensure adherence to defined productivity and quality standards:
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
Meet daily and monthly performance targets within stipulated timelines
