Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Set up exam rooms in accordance with strict testing protocols
Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct
Maintain accurate records of testing activities and incidents
Report any issues or irregularities to the appropriate authorities
Ensure compliance with all exam board and institutional policies
Secure and manage test materials before and after exams
Provide technical support during computer-based exams
Maintain a calm, qualified workplace for all test takers
Upon your joining, you will go through a Two day training program where you will be taught counseling skills and product knowledge.
