In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Drive sales initiatives and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales
targets and business objectives
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunities
through regular pipeline reviews.
* Identify and pursue current business opportunities, applications, and customer
accounts including OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and manufacturers.
* Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to
develop short-term and long-term growth strategies.
* Present technical and commercial solutions that align with customer needs
related to quality, delivery, and value.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms while ensuring mutual
business success
* .Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers to enhance
satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Expand the customer base and support territory growth initiatives through
effective account management.
* Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, and sales activity data
within CRM and CPQ systems.




* Support order fulfillment and payment collection activities by coordinating
with customers, finance, and factory teams.
* Collaborate with application engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and
service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer
satisfaction.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
beyond routine responsibilities.
* Support sales and application activities for plastic joining technologies,
precision cleaning solutions, metal welding solutions, clean vibration
technologies, and emerging technologies such as laser welding, infrared
welding, and pulse staking.
* Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions,
and support installation or trial activities when required.

FMCG, electronics, appliances, automotive, electric vehicle, and other
