JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and other compliances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, payments, and registers.
Conduct regular compliance audits and identify gaps.
Manage labour department inspections, notices, and statutory queries.
Monitor contractor/vendor labour compliance.
Prepare compliance MIS and reports for management.
Keep the company updated on changes in laws and regulations.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.

4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Compliance, and Employee Engagement.
Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Candidates from Vasai/Kaman and nearby locations will be preferred.
