- Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation.n
- At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.n
- Strong technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.n
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.n
- Experience in developing and implementing process-oriented design workflows and engineering best practices.n
- Demonstrated experience working with global customers, understanding business and technical challenges, and delivering cutting-edge, industry-standard solutions.n
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM tools for:n
- PCB Designn
- Library Managementn
- ECAD Data Managementn
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.n
- Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.n
