nWe are growing fast and looking for a passionate, student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to join our Noida team.
nAbout the Role
nYou will be the primary counsellor for students interested in studying in Australia guiding them from their first enquiry all the way through to university application and visa. You should also have working knowledge of UK and New Zealand processes to support cross-destination guidance.
nWhat You Will Do

Counsel students and parents on study options in Australia (UK and NZ knowledge is a plus)n
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and coursesn
Guide students through the full application process — SOP, documents, submissionsn
Explain visa requirements, financial requirements and timelines clearlyn




Follow up with leads and convert them to enrolmentsn
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in CRMn
Meet monthly targets for consultations and enrolmentsn

nWho We Are Looking For
n
n
1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education consultancyn
Robust knowledge of Australia — universities, courses, student visa (subclass 500), PSW visan
Basic to working knowledge of UK and New Zealand processesn
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Englishn
Student-first attitude — honest, patient and genuinely helpfuln
Comfortable working in a target-driven environmentn
Based in or willing to commute to Noidan
