Purpose of the job -
The role is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding support. The incumbent ensures timely hiring of quality talent by collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience aligned with organizational hiring objectives.
Principal Accountabilities -
Talent Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment databases Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Recruitment Coordination Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers Ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities and timely communication Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
Candidate Engagement & Experience Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle Address candidate queries and provide updates regarding application status Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Offer Management & Onboarding Support Assist in offer rollout, documentation collection, and pre-joining formalities Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and business teams Track joining status and support smooth employee onboarding
Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates to management Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience
Graduate/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, interview coordination, ATS/HRMS systems, and recruitment processes.
