We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Senior Consultant with 7–15 years of solid Oracle E-Business Suite Financials experience. The ideal candidate must have extensive rollout implementation experience across geographies/business units and deep functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules

Exposure to Oracle R12 / R12.2 workplace.
n
n
Knowledge of India Localization / Global Taxation (or relevant geography).
n
Experience with integration tools / APIs / interfaces.
n
Basic understanding of SQL / PL-SQL.
n
Experience working in Onsite-Offshore model.
n
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials (nice to have).
n

Responsibilities
n
n
Lead global rollouts / country-specific implementations of Oracle EBS Financials.
n
Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → Go-live → Support).
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance processes and translate them into Oracle solutions.
n
Configure and implement key modules including:
n
General Ledger (GL)
n
Accounts Payables (AP)
n
Accounts Receivables (AR)
n
Fixed Assets (FA)
n
Cash Management (CM)
n
E-Business Tax (EBTax)
n
Manage multi-org, multi-currency setups for different geographies.
n
Handle local statutory and taxation requirements during rollouts.
n
Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and review technical objects (RICEW).
n
Perform data migration and reconciliation activities for rollout entities.
n
Lead and support UAT, SIT, and regression testing cycles.
n
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
n
Provide post go-live support and stabilization for rollout entities.
n
Ensure compliance with global finance standards and auditing requirements.
n
Mentor junior consultants and function as a subject matter expert (SME).
