Role Summary

Birdeye is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes,



and data that power our marketing engine in today’s world of AI and Automation. This is a mid-level role (3–5 years of experience) for a hands-on operator who is comfortable working independently across marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI. This role is based in India and will work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time) to align closely with the Marketing and Sales leadership teams and support real-time campaign execution, lead flow, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms (Marketo) including campaign builds, list management, segmentation, and workflow/nurture automation.
Own lead lifecycle management — lead scoring, routing, and handoff from Marketing to Sales in partnership with LeanData.
Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and marketing platforms
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline.
