Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
Manage recruitment for Sales, Collection, Credit, Operations,



and Branch roles.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
NBFC/BFSI recruitment experience preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
