Overall responsibility of Hot rolling mill operations to achieve production target.
Maintain quality of finished product as per the norms.
Analysing and resolving the operational problems.
Cost reduction (Maximise Product Yield, Cobble reduction and minimise the fuel consumption)
Team Building & Coordination with team members.
Reporting and MIS
Responsibility to prepare the operation SOPS and CAPA.
Maintaining various systems like ISO, TPM etc.
Ensuring safety practices in the mill
