CRITERIA: D2 C / E-commerce experience is mandatory. We're specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience writing Meta ad scripts, performance creatives and conversion-focused copy for D2 C brands.

Now, we're looking for a Content Lead who knows that outstanding copy isn't just about sounding good — it's about making people stop, watch, believe and buy.
THIS IS NOT A GENERIC CONTENT WRITING ROLE
You'll be writing for Meta ads, not just social media calendars.
You'll work on hooks, scripts, ad copies, UGC scripts, skits and performance creatives for our D2 C brands — with a solid focus on what makes people convert.




From product USP → consumer problem → hook → script → creative execution → performance, you'll be involved in the entire content journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Write high-performing Meta ad scripts and copies for D2 C brands Create scroll-stopping hooks that grab attention in the first few seconds Write UGC, skit-based, explanatory & product-led ad scripts Identify product USPs, benefits and consumer pain points and turn them into compelling copy Develop multiple creative angles for the same product Write copy for different stages of the customer journey Work closely with Video Editors, DOPs, Designers, Brand Strategists & Performance Marketers Study CTR, conversions, ROAS and creative performance to improve your copy Take scripts from idea → shoot → final ad WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–5 years of experience in D2 C / E-commerce content & copywriting
Strong experience writing Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad scripts
Excellent copy
