About the Role
SSO Cancer Hospitals is looking for a Marketing Associate – Offline Marketing (BTL) to plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives across our hospitals, doctors, specialties and locations. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of campaigns from planning to execution.
The role spans offline marketing, hospital branding, events and activations, partnerships, local area marketing, vendor management and referral-focused initiatives, and calls for someone who combines solid execution with an understanding of the business objective behind every marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Marketing Strategy & Local Area Marketing
Develop and execute offline marketing initiatives aligned with business and hospital objectives across SSO locations, doctors, specialties and Centres of Excellence.
Build location-specific and specialty-specific plans, including hyperlocal initiatives around each hospital and clinic.
Identify high-potential residential,



commercial, healthcare and community catchments, and opportunities to strengthen SSO's presence within them.
Coordinate campaigns from concept and planning through execution and reporting, working with hospital and business teams.
Track responses generated through each offline initiative.
Ensure all offline activity is consistent with SSO's brand positioning and communication guidelines.
2. Events & On-Ground Activations
Plan and execute health awareness programs, screening camps, patient education and community outreach initiatives, doctor and CME events, centre and specialty launches, hospital events, conferences, society, corporate and referral-network activations, and patient and caregiver engagement initiatives.
Own venue coordination, branding, collateral, vendors, logistics, registrations, internal coordination and post-event reporting.
