About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can build something from the ground up.

At Union Living, community is at the heart of what we do. We’re now looking to build a dedicated Community & Events vertical — one that goes beyond the usual resident activities and creates experiences, events, partnerships and communities that people genuinely want to be a part of.

We’re looking for a high-energy, extremely extroverted, creative and driven individual who lives and breathes events, culture, brands and people.

Someone who can take an idea from “What if we did this?” to actually making it happen.

What You'll Own
* Build and own the Community & Events vertical at Union Living from scratch.
* Develop and execute a calendar of resident experiences, events, activations and community initiatives across our properties.
* Conceptualise and build brand IPs that can become recognisable Union Living properties.
* Create experiences that go beyond traditional resident events — think culture,



music, sport, wellness, food, creators, networking, entertainment and everything in between.
* Identify and execute brand collaborations and partnerships with relevant consumer, lifestyle, entertainment, F&B;, fashion, fitness and youth-focused brands.
* Build relationships with artists, creators, influencers, communities, event partners and vendors.
* Take complete ownership of events end-to-end — ideation, budgeting, partnerships, production, execution and post-event analysis.
* Develop opportunities to make events commercially viable, including sponsorships, brand partnerships and other revenue streams.
* Build a robust community culture across Union Living properties and create experiences that drive resident engagement, retention and brand love.
* Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Leadership to turn ideas into scalable experiences across multiple cities.
