We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of AVP CI and Delivery Specialist Lead
Purpose of the role:
The AVP – Compensation Services drives measurable improvements across P&R; Services by identifying, designing and delivering process optimization and automation opportunities.
The role partners with HR stakeholders, Product Owners and Technology to translate business needs into robust functional/process designs,



deliver change safely through testing and training, and ensure benefits are sustained through monitoring and governance aligned to HSBC’s Change Framework.
In this role, you will:

Work with HR stakeholders and partner teams to capture business requirements, define functional design and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and support prototyping through to implementation.
Identify opportunities for change initiatives - analyze current-state processes, identify automation/streamlining opportunities, and define “to-be” processes.
Change opportunities to include scoping of AI use cases for the Services Team across verticals.
Create and maintain process inventories, process maps, and end-to-end documentation to support standardization and scalability across regions.
