The Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who is commercially sharp, excellent with people, understands marketing, and is genuinely curious about AI and technology. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with the leadership team across business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, customer acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities,



building relationships with potential customers and partners, supporting the sales process, executing growth initiatives, and helping turn opportunities into meaningful business outcomes. The ideal person is someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing — whether that means reaching out to a potential customer, preparing for a sales conversation, researching a new market, building a campaign, developing a partnership, or figuring out why something isn’t working.

What You'll Do:
Work with leadership to build and execute Helium’s GTM strategy.
Identify target segments, accounts, and high-potential customers, with a focus on D2C and eCommerce brands.
Own customer acquisition from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposals, and closure.
Build relationships with founders, CXOs, marketing, growth, and other key decision-makers.
Develop new acquisition channels through outbound, partnerships, referrals, events, and exp
