Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

- Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
- Ensure systems are operational according to manufacturer specifications.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal HVAC performance.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Customer Support & Technical Guidance:

- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records using appropriate documentation systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

- Collaborate with internal teams,



including sales and engineering, to resolve issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Professionalism & Safety:

- Uphold safety standards and protocols during all on-site activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and high-quality service in interactions with customers and colleagues.

Travel & Interpersonal Skills:

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and teams.
