Job Description About Position: nnWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications with a focus on Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration. The role is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, supporting application enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of critical HR and Payroll processes.nn Role: Sr Systems Analyst PeopleSoft HCM Core HR / Payroll North America / Benefits n Location: Pune n Experience: 6 to 15 Years n Job Type: Full Time Employment nn What You'll Do: nnn Serve as the Functional SME for PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits modules.n Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and process enhancements.n Design functional solutions and prepare functional specifications for technical development teams.n Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and business process changes.n Support PeopleSoft Image Updates (PUM), tax updates, patches, and application upgrades.n Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.n Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.n Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, and technical teams to ensure business continuity.n Support interfaces, integrations, and data conversion activities.n Provide off-hours support for critical Payroll and HR processing activities when required.nnn Expertise You'll Bring: nnn Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration.n Experience with PeopleSoft configuration, testing, and implementation projects.n Hands-on experience with PUM upgrades, patches,
