QI Spine is looking for empathetic, driven, and people-oriented professionals to join our Patient Care team as Patient Counsellors.

Role: Patient Counsellor
Locations: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore | Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Patient Care / Counseling
Eligibility: HSC / Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: 0–5 years
What You'll Do
- Counsel patients and their families about QI Spine's non-surgical treatment programs.
- Understand patient concerns, expectations, and treatment needs.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes.
- Guide patients through their treatment journey and ensure a positive experience.
- Convert doctor recommendations into treatment enrollments through consultative counselling.
- Work towards monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists,
and clinic teams for a seamless patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Strong listening, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence decisions ethically.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- Experience in counselling, admissions, tele-counselling, healthcare, or consultative sales will be an advantage.
