Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of experience to support and deliver Workday HCM and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll, experience in configuration and implementation/support activities, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday business processes, workflows, security, and functional areas.
- Support payroll-related processes, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Perform impact analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Work with HR, Payroll, and business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Participate in Workday enhancement, implementation, and production support activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and process documentation.




- Support data validation, reconciliation, and payroll-related reporting activities.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for integrations and issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions comply with business and payroll requirements.

Required Skills & Experience-

- 7+ years of overall experience in Workday HCM and Payroll.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
- Robust knowledge of Workday Payroll processes and configurations.
- Experience in Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations and data flow.
- Experience working with HR/Payroll stakeholders and business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a UK shift environment.
