- 8-10+ years SAP Payroll experience.
- At least 2 full SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
- Solid US Payroll expertise, including BSI Tax Factory, taxes, benefits, deductions, garnishments, and payments.
- Hands-on expertise in wage types, schemas, PCRs, payroll processing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
- Benefits and Employee Lifecycle integration knowledge.
- Lead payroll implementations, testing, releases, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong experience creating technical/functional specifications.
- Support year-end payroll, W-2s, statutory reporting, and audits.
- Work with global teams across US, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, etc.
- Active SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is required.
