About the role

Hanu Reddy Realty is one of Chennai's leading real estate companies, known for its professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team at our Head Office in Mylapore.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
- Record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in Tally
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and financial records
- Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque collections, and other banking activities
- Visit banks, statutory departments, and government offices for official work whenever required
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial and statutory records
- Support the Accounts team with administrative, documentation, and reporting activities
- Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by the management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or any Accounts-related graduate
- Candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of Tally
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Willingness to travel locally for official work, including visits to banks and statutory departments
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
