- Manage civil site engineering activities, including planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects.
- Oversee building construction processes to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Supervise site engineers and laborers to maintain quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to project design, materials, or equipment.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in civil construction or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of building construction methods, materials science, and industry regulations.
- Excellent civil supervision skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
