Data reporting for MTBF, MTTR and OEE for all blade/other factory equipment

Blade Production Engineering Services

This role is a part of Production Engineering services team, working as EAM Engineer supporting wind turbine blade factories and blade projects worldwide

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for machine up time & down time reports,
- Data reporting for MTBF, MTTR and OEE for all blade/other factory equipment.
- Perform statistical data analysis on machine down time, analyses root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain core data, asset related to Production in EAM.
- Create & maintain applicable spare for tools & equipment in system
- Establish, maintain, and improve EAM system for factories




- Costing & accounting of tools, individual assets in EAM
- Creation of new tools & work orders completion for Quality tools
- EAM - Enterprise Asset Management

Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with min 3 - 5 years of experience in Tool & Equipment Maintenance preferably from blade or any other manufacturing.

Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
- Proficient in MS Excel & Power point & Power BI
- Must have the drive and enthusiasm to work to tight deadlines
- Valuable diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and skillful in handling breakdowns
- Working Knowledge on ERP (EAM / SAP)
