Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the US Healthcare, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), BPO, or a related B2B industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, drive website traffic, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified B2B leads from the US Healthcare and RCM market.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and audience analysis.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Improve organic search rankings through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Plan and manage website content, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and other marketing assets.




- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, ROI, and other KPIs.
- Use analytics and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Manage the company's digital presence across website, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google algorithm changes, AI marketing tools, digital advertising trends, and B2B marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare BPO, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
