Summary:
Leads end-to-end project delivery for the Americas client portfolio, managing executive relationships, program milestones, risk compliance, and onshore delivery commitments. Acts as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders, drives the automation strategy and roadmap, and mentors cross-functional delivery teams. Oversees financial performance, resource planning, and governance across all active engagements, and serves as the senior point of contact for automation delivery escalations.
