- Manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of retail outlets.
- Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Handle AC, DG and other store maintenance activities.
- Monitor electricity consumption at stores and identify opportunities for energy/cost savings.
- Monitor and maintain spare parts, maintenance inventory and assets.
- Control and monitor maintenance, repair & manpower budgets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for new store setup and existing store upgrades.
- Analyze maintenance-related issues, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Track maintenance performance and support continuous improvement of store operations.
- Coordinate with vendors/service partners for maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related breakdowns and issues.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with 37 years of experience in retail/store maintenance, facilities maintenance or commercial property maintenance.
- Solid hands-on exposure to AC and DG maintenance is preferred.
- Candidates from Retail, Shopping Mall, Commercial Facilities, Hospitality, FM or similar industries can be considered.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple stores/sites and vendor coordination.
- Good reporting, negotiation, coordination and organizational skills.
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
