The Opportunity:

EY GDS is seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in Product Development & Management, Risk & Compliance, and Artificial Intelligence to support the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital and AI-powered solutions for banking and financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of product lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, and AI-enabled business transformation. Banking domain experience is strongly preferred.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, risk professionals, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities Product Management & Development

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to deployment.
- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and release planning.
- Partner with engineering, data, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor product adoption, performance metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

AI & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Support development of AI-driven business use cases within banking and risk functions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to implement responsible and scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to AI governance, model risk management, and ethical AI adoption initiatives.

Risk & Compliance

- Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements across product initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with banking regulations, operational risk frameworks, data privacy, and internal controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps during product development.




- Work closely with second-line risk and compliance teams to address regulatory obligations.
- Support audit readiness and compliance monitoring activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with business leaders, risk teams, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and product reviews.
- Communicate program status, key risks, and strategic recommendations effectively.

Project & Agile Delivery

- Work within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
