Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Manage daily publishing across platforms.
- Repurpose long-form content into Reels, Shorts, carousels and other formats.
- Write captions, titles, descriptions and hooks.
- Track trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Monitor social media analytics and identify what is working.
- Drive follower, reach, engagement and overall content growth.
- Coordinate with the content, production and editing teams.
- Manage comments, DMs and basic community engagement.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Continuously test new formats, ideas and distribution strategies.
- Performance marketing

What Were Looking For:

- 24 years of experience in social media/content.




- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube.
- Positive understanding of Reels/Shorts and content trends.
- Strong content sense and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven approach to social media.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience handling creator/personal brand/podcast accounts is a plus.

Salary - INR 2.5 lakhs to INR 3 lakhs / annum
